1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VerifyTaka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VerifyTaka provides a payment verification infrastructure that allows merchants to automate the verification of MFS transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Our service relies on an Android application to forward transaction SMS metadata to our API.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
You must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding mobile financial services.
You may not use VerifyTaka for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Credits and Billing

VerifyTaka operates on a pay-per-verification credit system.

Credits are only consumed upon successful verification of a transaction.
Failed attempts (e.g., transaction not found, amount mismatch, or expired transaction) do not consume credits.
Purchased credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VerifyTaka is not liable for any losses caused by verification delays, network failures, or incorrect data provided by MFS providers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or reputation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
